Enter the current value of each of these assets. You will record any loan balances against these assets on the Liabilities side of the Balance Sheet Summary.
WealthBuilder defines ordinary personal property as that held for its usefulness and not for investment. It is assumed that when ordinary personal property needs to be replaced, your household budget will cover the expense. Accordingly, the value of your personal property inventory will be constant over time.
If any of your personal property items have serious investment potential, i.e. you are holding them for their future asset growth value (rather than their utility), record them in the Other Assets worksheet.
